About the role: The Head of Sales is overall responsible for both direct line management of the Sales Team across all products and sectors, but also overall responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new enquiries closing contracts and ultimately hitting the Company’s sales targets. For the right candidate this is a fantastic role offering the chance to help drive forward one of the world’s top subsea energy companies.
Personal Characteristics, Qualifications and Experience:
Strong and proactive, with drive to secure work and close contracts. A deal-closer.
Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to work at all levels.
Commercial awareness with strong negotiation skills and dispute resolution capability.
Degree qualified and/or a minimum of seven years experience in a similar position or have worked within the Subsea/Oil & Gas, or Offshore Renewables industry.
